Lecture and Q&A with Jermaine Stone and Eric Asimov

Advance tickets required. Hear from The Wolf of Wine, Jermaine Stone, and legendary New York Times Wine Critic Eric Asimov in conversation. In founding Cru Luv Selections, an innovative creative agency based in NYC, Stone has found a space that can use marketing, brand partnerships, and content creation to connect wine and hip hop cultures to bring wine to an audience traditionally ignored. ERIC ASIMOV: Eric Asimov is the chief wine critic of The New York Times, a position he assumed in June 2004 after having covered wine with The Times’s tasting panel and in his Tastings column for the Dining section. Chris Renzema with Citizens

Chris Renzema Official Site Citizens Official Site For Chris Renzema, becoming an artist was something that happened slowly but inevitably. Chris was always drawn to writing and playing songs, but his hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan didn’t have much of a music scene. After moving to Nashville in 2015 to pursue a career in music, he’s seen slow but steady success. Since then, the musician, songwriter, and producer has released three albums: 2018’s Be the Branches, 2020’s Let the Ground Rest in 2020 and 2021’s Get Out of the Way of Your Own Heart. Chris’ latest album, Manna, recorded in January at Nashville’s Sound Emporium, represents a culmination of everything he’s done so far. The album reflects on big questions while remaining both personal and accessible. While Chris has garnered numerous accolades, including being named on Pandora’s “Artist to Watch” list and earning a GMA Dove Award nomination for New Artist of the Year, it’s his dynamic live shows that have truly cemented him as a musician on the rise. —– VIP Experience includes… 1 GA ticket Early entry into the venue (approx 5:30pm) Access to an intimate pre-show acoustic performance Special Q&A conversation with Chris Renzema Exclusive signed show-specific poster Crowd-free merchandise shopping + 15% off at Chris Renzema’s merch table Limited availability Early Entry includes… 1 GA ticket Early entry into the venue Crowd-free merchandise shopping + 15% off at Chris Renzema’s merch table Limited availability —– AS A REMINDER, EVENTS AT CAIN’S ARE GA, STANDING ROOM UNLESS NOTED! ABOUT MEZCLAVE
The words Mezcla (mixture) and Clave (Afro-Caribbean instrument and Rhythm) combined give us the meaning and understanding of this seasoned group of musicians and what they are all about. Mezclave was formed 23 years ago, providing an outlet and fulfilling a void for Latin Jazz and Salsa music to be performed in the Midwestern part of the United States.
Edwin Canito was inspired to start this group in 2000 after years of influence from the music of Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, Conjunto Libre, and the “FANIA” era of salsa music.
Co-Founded By:
Edwin “Canito” Garcia: Bassist, Producer, Arranger
Angela LeBron Garcia: Percussionist/ Vocals
